After graduating in Law at the Catholic University of Milan 1992 with a dissertation on International Law, she was admitted to the Milan Bar Association 1995.
From 1996 to 2006 she cooperated with the associated law firm Pavia & Ansaldo in Milan. She acted as litigator mainly for enterprises, covering civil, trade, company, bankruptcy and international law issues. She assisted client companies in several domestic and international arbitration procedures also in English before foreign institutions.
2006 she started her own activity, focusing on the same matters as in the past, but also on family law.
2007 she was admitted to the Bar of the Court of Cassation. 2013 she grounded with her husband, Mr. Giuseppe Palmieri, the association Palmieri & Pagani – Lawyers, thus becoming the litigation expert of the firm.
In the last years she was active in the field of privacy and data protection, thus gaining competence on the new EU General Data Protection Regulation and is now assisting small and medium Italian companies in acquiring the necessary compliance.
She published with other authors: “Winning Legal Strategies: International Litigation”, Aspatore Books (USA), 2005. She cooperated with the English magazine “Global Counsel” for the publishing of a comparative study in English entitled “Document retention. Does your policy comply?”, 2003. She contributed to the International Review of Human Rights, edited by the Catholic University in Milan, in writing and translating jurisprudence summaries.
In the past she attended a class on American Law at the Columbia University in New York; she deeply studied the issue of Human Rights at the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg and attended classes on international law at the University in Vienna.
She speaks and writes currently in English, mastering easily also law terminology; she is fluent also in French and has a good knowledge of German.

2015 she graduated in Religious Sciences at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome, after having acquired a deep knowledge of some philosophical, anthropological and theological subjects 2015.
