NEGOTIATING IS BETTER THAN FIGHTING
We welcome the Client at our premises at a date previously agreed on, in order to hear directly the relevant facts and examine together any available documentation. Any further information or document required is claimed for immediately.
We state a deadline agreed upon with the Client, for submitting a preliminary written advice, if required, or a rough plan for taking contacts to the counterparty and kicking off the negotiation.
Should the negotiation respectively the mandatory mediation fail, we write down the first trial document, provided the Client asked for it.
Even if we prefer personal meetings, we can submit advices per e-mail as well.
We work with the strictest confidentiality; our staff personnel are also expected to stick to this requirement and we observe close the Rules of Lawyer’s Professional Conduct.
We always submit a forecast of costs and our fees and agree with the Client the payment methods most comfortable for him.
